I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean with a kitchen, but having a window into an air shaft was a downside. The service was helpful, especially with arranging a tour, but being awakened in the middle of the night was inconvenient. The location was nothing special, on the outskirts, but fairly quiet. The dining included some good signature meats, which was a nice touch.
